The measures are not 100% exacts. So I had to drill new holes and fill the old ones; nothing too hard, but anyway, over all, they're great.

great bang for the buck, stay in tune well, may have to drill holes but the price says it all.

If you are replacing Fender tuners, or making a clone, they are perfect. Just know I bought them to try on a Michael Kelly bass, which has a beautiful head stock oriented 2+2 ... and these made the headstock SO WIDE it was crazy looking, and would no longer fit inside the neck of the case. They seem well made, could use some proper lubing, and probably work well, But they were too big for my likes. I removed them.

They are a great fit. The only minor issue is that two of the screw holes don’t line up. Fortunately, the plate covers them, so I just have to drill new holes for the screws.
