never expected such a defect with a rice cooker. Its two-pin plug has two different pins , one is regular, the other with a bigger rounder head. cannot work. Have to return though having been waiting for it for more than a week.a japanese product. a rice cooker. the world must have changed a lot.

Total disappointment. I was so looking forward to receive this rice cooker. But this rice cooker is only for 120V, not EU standard (220V) as written in the amazon technical info.

As the voltage supply doesn’t match in UK, I required to make the refund. The Seller is very patient and helps a lot to process my refund.

UPDATED: the seller proactively help me solved the issue, very good one.The info saying it can work with 220V electricity but clearly it s not. Now i have to return it and order another one, such a waste of time
