This steam mop is absolutely excellent for the cost. Comes with absolutely every attachment you would need. Easy to separate into a handheld. Does a great job of the hard floors without the need for any kind of detergent. Lightweight. Gets hot enough to handle ingrained dirt. We have just had a wall plastered and our floor was covered in plaster dust. The Vax cleaned it all away in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended. The only tiny downside is that it only comes with one pad so I will need to buy spares for when it’s is in the washer.

Good product and good value for the money only downside is the cable is only 5 meters long I can only do the bathroom and kitchen I have to use a different socket for the dinning room as far as performance is concerned it’s really good

This is a product from the UK, why was it dispatched to Australia with a UK power plug, it is useless to me.The plug has an inbuilt fuse not used in Australia so I can’t replace the plug.I wish to return the unit, Roger Blick
