This growing light offers four adjustable height settings, which require a bit of DIY, as the stand must be disassembled and reassembled to change height. Fortunately, I only had to do it once. The light is now stable and set at the perfect height for my plants.It doesn't come with a remote control, but it includes a timer plug that works just as well, if not better. I can schedule the lighting duration easily and use it like a standard light source, which helps prevent me from forgetting to turn it on, something that happened often with previous lights.The slim light panel is connected by a cable and features an on/off foot pedal switch. It can stand independently on a round base at 115 cm, the shortest option. Taller setups reach 135 cm, 145 cm, and up to 165 cm. There's also a plastic holder included if you'd rather hang the light.I prefer this tall, narrow light for larger plants placed in a dim corner of my living room. It creates a more elegant and streamlined look. I replaced four smaller grow lights with this one, and the whole area now looks tidier and more cohesive.The light is practical, well-designed, and worth the price. I would be happy to recommend it.

I really love this product. Many places in my house do not get enough sunlight. This is such a simple and effective solution.It can be used on a stand or can be hung like a fluorescent light.The stand can be extended so the light is higher up in the case you may have bigger pots.And lastly, the timer plug is so easy to program!My plan is to move some of my plants towards the light in the evening so that I can leave that on with the timer over night.It's built so well with a lightweight metal frame which really makes this great value.

Wow what a bright light this is!... I think my startled eyes might take some time to recover after switching it on for the first time🤣I was glad when I got this product as my big plant doesn't get much light in our house and its gone elongated in desperation for any rays possible.After using this item I think its a great idea and a great product to have and hopefully it will help the plant get some much needed light to grow betterIt's really easy to put together and I love the fact it has a couple of differant sized extension parts. This is a great design idea so it's not just one standard height but can be used at a few differant height options depending on what size you need.Coming with the timer switch is great as well so I can programme the light to come on at differant intervals during the day.Also has the foot switch for easy on off function.I've found it to be quite study and doesn't take up too much room so can be placed near the plant.Good value for money

This is a really good light for when you’re wanting to give your plants the full spectrum of light, particularly during the night when they wouldn’t get any natural light. It is easy to put together simply requiring the base and optional pole length/s to be screwed together along with the light.The lighting is mostly controlled by the press of a button to turn it on/off, however, there is also a handy timer included which for example allows you to control a daily repeat of the same schedule (I personally use a smart plug though for increased control).Even for the high RRP I believe it represents good enough value for me to be happy to highly recommend, especially with the adjustable heights to help tailor it to your needs, the169 LEDs and A-rated energy efficiency.

Nice tall growing light with a max. height of 5.6 ft.The height has four adjustments via the Interchangeable stand design which adapt in halt ft increments from 4 ft, upto 5.6 ft.There is a handy standard floor lamp-type foot push button on/off. They have included a generic plug-in timer along with this set. Simple to use. Just plug into a set of wall sockets and plug your plant light into the timer plug. Don't forget to set the 24-hour clock timings.The light offers single brightness and aims to be well controlled by the timer plug. Its simple to set up and quick to set your timings into your plug-in timer.Nice little lighting set for indoor plants, or plants kept in a darker daytime environment.
