Have always loved this Celestial Seasons flavor, but it has become impossible to find in the grocery stores. Amazon to the rescue with quick shipping and a fair price. A+

This is great tea and I have ordered it a few times as I cannot find it locally. It is great with honey and feels great on a sore throat. However, the packages of tea were missing the exterior clear plastic seal wrap this time around. The clear plastic seal not only keeps the freshness in, but also serves as an anti tamper seal. That it was missing is rather disconcerting. On top of that the cardboard tea boxes were crushed in shipping as they were only in a plastic shipping bag, so the boxes were also half open.

I have been a loyal albeit sporadic user of Red Zinger since 1978 when I would drink a lot of it hot in the morning prior to working in the hot western USA summer sunshine. It has a nice minty and fruity taste to it that finishes well meaning there is no unpleasant after taste. There is no caffeine and the color that it has after brewing is bright red, eye poppingly so I think.

Great taste hot or cold :)

Red Zinger is one of my Favourite herbal teas. It makes great Ice tea.
