The blueray player developed a fault but the customer support that I received was first class. I have no hesitation in giving this product a five star review.

It works. I can watch American imports. But man, it's loud. I mean the player itself, not the audio. It's sounds like a power drill trying to drill through the furniture. It's nuts. And if it's not that, it's a high pitch screech. If you have misophonia, just be aware. I watch movies with headphones on now.

guter Player, hat aber nichts mir Region Free zu tunmusste beide, einer hatte gar keine Möglichkeit im geheimen Menü was einzustellen weil die Firmware nicht drauf war, zurückschickenmag sein das Fremd DVD gehen aber BLu-Ray keine Chancealso nicht region free!

Having to find a Blu Ray player that plays Region A has always been a headache but this a gem of a find. I first tested it on my Region A Earth Girls Are Easy and it worked fine on auto-play. I then added my Region B Dunkirk and that worked fine as well on auto-play.I love the fact the system is so small. It comes with a HDMI cable but I have no idea if the cable is any good, so I recommend getting your own decent cable.One of the smart features as upgrade image functionality but I have not tested that yet. The player makes a scan of the disc and is expected to push out higher fidelity. There is no wireless / Lan, so the player cannot be updated with any up-to-date firmware but given how old Blu Rays are now, if it ain't broke, no need for an upgrade anyway.As a good small factor decent BD player that plays Region A, its brilliant.Now I can start buying more US Region A Blu Rays.
